Crazy Coaster Sketch (week 4)


 1: a cloud coaster that absorbs water but just like a cloud, it rains.

2: a cluster with a built-in oven. So your hot drink never cools down and your cold drink warms up.

3: a coaster that shoots your drink up when you put your mug on it. (it has a spring)

4: a coaster that holds your cup by the handle.

5: a coaster that screams when your hot drink is getting cold

6: a treadmill coaster

7: a coaster that sends you notifications for everything related to your drink

8: a coaster that holds your cup/glass and doesn’t let go even when you want to pick your cup up

9: a coaster that keeps tapping/clicking your cup

10: a coaster with bumps so your cup/glass can’t be balanced on it

11: a coaster that complains if your drink is hot or cold

12: a coaster that runs around

Castle Refined (week #3)

 In the speed dating session, I got some really helpful critiques, most of which were about adding more details to my castle to make it more interesting.  So I added some trees, a couple of rocks, and clouds outside and some light/lanterns inside the courtyard of the castle. I was also told it's better to choose a lighter pink for the bricks on the purple towers so I chose this lighter pink. Then I started experimenting with textures: I chose some green plaid patterns for a couple of the trees and the bottom to give it a more playful toy kind of look, a soil/mud texture for the rocks, and a purple asphalt for the purple parts. Then comes experimenting with lighting:  White Directional Light Yellow Directional Light Yellow and Magenta Directional Light  (I also darkened the sky color) White rim light

Voxel Summer Experience (Assignment week 1)

 This summer, I watched the series "Money Heist" aka "La Casa De Papel" and absolutely fell in love with it. So I thought what's better to make than a Dali mask with their iconic red hoods!? The materials used are plastic for the Dali face (white and dark grey), and plaster for the hood (red and black)
